How to download the template?

1. Open the template link
2. Click on "Duplicate" at the top right-hand corner to duplicate it to your workspace
3. Create a Notion Profile (Free) - If you are a current Notion User, skip to Step 4
4. Make the additional edits if you want and start journalling
